AAAAAAUsing Information Communication Technology (ICT) for good governance has emerged as a discipline critical to the success of Public Sector projects in all over the world. In Pakistan, first time a "Construction PPMI-Complex Islamabad" is made a model of transparency by observing live activities of the project under the right to Information, feedback and suggestions to improve governance. This would provide a cost-effective toll monitor when deviations or delays in construction or payment occur, if any, the main concern of any government. This would also ensure public participation in government business and improve governance including;
